Black-forest Brownie
Presenting to you the classic Black-forest cake in Brownies these No-Eggs Brownies are fudgy, rich, chocolatey, the Eggless Cheesecake with cherry compote is sure to make you go for more and more.
Black-forest cake was the first Dessert I fell in love with surprisingly before Chocolate cake or BrowniesđŸ™ˆ
Brownies being favourite of all time summer or winter through this Black-forest Brownies I bring together both these beloved dessert to one to indulge in.
I have made Cherry Compote in house you can always use the store brought one also use your compote either chunky or grind it to a fine paste for more finer texture.
If you want you can add fresh/dried Cherries to your brownies for more bite simply, chop them and add them to your brownies.
As a Egg replacer I have used flax eggs mix
- 1tbsp of flax seed powder
- 3tbsp of water
If you do not have/wish to use flax seed you can always replace it with 60gm yogurt.
Preparing the cheese cake batter has never been this easy simply combine all the ingredients in one bowl and you are good to go you will never believe that this creamy cheese cake layer is with out any Eggs!
Moreover, bake it directly with Brownies plus with out a water bath.
Just keep in mind that once it is baked there should be a slight wobble in the centre also, refrigerate the brownies before slicing once they have cooled down to room-temperature.
This Black-forest brownie is a small batch Brownie Recipe made in a five inch square tin perfect for your small batch recipe need to satisfy your sweet craving and enjoy with your family without having to worry about the storage space for the leftover (though I doubt there are any left overs when Brownies are baked)
Bake these Black-forest Brownies if you love Black-forest Cake or Brownies, if you do not eat Eggs have run out of them or if you simply want to try something different or Bake these for someone you know who does not eat Eggs or is Allergic to them,
