Chocolate chips cookies are by far the most loved cookies of all time here, giving these classic cookies a little healthier twist we will make Oats Chocolate chips cookies with no all-purpose flour or butter.
Oats Flour : A slightly healthier version of this cookies uses Oats flour which we will make at home if you have the commercial one than go ahead and make these delicacies if not than simply grind the rolled oats into fine powder thats it- that is your Oats flour.
Points to remember while making Oats flour are:
• Use rolled Oats why? You ask, simple, they retain their texture better than quick Oats hence, Ideal for baking.
• Weigh the rolled Oats you want in your recipe than grind them to make Oats flour Instead, of weighing Oats flour after.
Butter: Here, I am using almond butter if you do not have you can replace it with any other nut butter or use unsalted butter in the same quantity.
** If using salted butter than skip the salt in the recipe.
Chill you Cookies : Chilling your cookies is important it helps in-
- Better absorption of flavours by flour resulting in the most delicious cookies you can lay your hands on.
- Helps your butter to set which prevents your cookies to spread out more while in the oven baking thus, giving you that thick, ooey-goey chewy Cookies that you are fond off.
